First and foremost...
We are not talking about the little "c" with a circle around it that signifies legal property here.
But don't feel bad, that's all i knew about it at one point too.
"Copy" is a set of words that are intended to get the reader to do something. So any text you see in advertisements, the script that you hear when you watch an online video that is trying to get you to buy or sign up for something, that sort of stuff.
So as a "copy writer" I write things that businesses need to get their customers to do what they want them to...simple, but NOT easy.
Many business owners make the mistake of thinking they can create their marketing materials themselves, until they realize there is definitley a method to the madness that calls for a dork like myself who actually loves this sort of thing.
